Where a Shop Drawing or Sample is required by the <br />Contract Documents or the schedule of Shop Drawings and <br />Sample submittals acceptable to ENGINEER as required by <br />paragraph 2.07, any related Worle performed prior to <br />ENGINEER's review and approval of the peninent submittal <br />will be at the sole expeusc and responsibility of <br />CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />D. SUbmittal Procedures <br /> <br />1. Before submitting each Sbop Drawiog or Sample, <br />CONTRACTOR shall have determined and verified: <br /> <br />a. all field measurements, quantities, dimen- <br />sions, specified performance criteria, installation <br />requirements, materials, catalog numbers, and <br />similar information with respect thereto; <br /> <br />b. all materials with respect to intended use, <br />fabrication, shipping, handling, storage, assembly, <br />and installation pertaining to the perfonnance of the <br />Work; <br /> <br />c. all information relative to means, methods, <br />techDiques, sequcoces, aad procedures of consUUC- <br />tion IUd safety precautions and programs iDcideut <br />tbcn:Co; IUd <br /> <br />cl.
