Provide and pay for field engineering services required for Project as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Civil, structural, geotechnical, or other professional engineering services specified, or <br />required to execute the Contractor's construction methods. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Land surveying required to layout the work. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall retain the services of a registered land surveyor licensed in the State of <br />Florida for the line and grade layout. <br /> <br />RELATED WORK <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Section 01010: Summary of Work. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATIONS OF PROFESSIONAL <br /> <br />A. Qualified Engineer or Registered Land Surveyor, acceptable to the City and the Engineer. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Registered Professional Engineer of the specialty required for the specific service on the Project, <br />currently licensed in the State of Florida. <br /> <br />1.04 RECORDS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Maintain a complete, accurate log of all control and survey work as it progresses. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />At the end of the project, submit certified as-built information at the same scale as the irrigation <br />designer's line drawings indicating elevations and locations of all irrigation piping, heads, <br />valves, pump, controller, and connections. <br /> <br />1.05 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Submit name and address of registered land surveyor to the Engineer. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />On request of the Engineer, submit documentation to verify accuracy of field engineering work. <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />Submit certificate signed by registered engineer or surveyor certifying that elevations and <br />locations are in conformance or non-conformance, with Contract Documents. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Used) <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION (Not Used) <br /> <br />06/05 <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br />01050-1 <br /> <br />03-4138.8 <br />
