Construction Progress Schedule: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Show the complete sequence of construction by activity. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Show the dates for the beginning of, and completion of, each major element of <br />construction in no more than a two-week increment scale. Specifically list, but <br />not limited to: <br /> <br />a. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />f. <br />g. <br />h. <br /> <br />Receiving Materials <br />Pipeline Installations <br />Testing <br />Restoration <br />Startup <br />Record Drawings <br />Permits <br />Punch List <br />Owner Activities, Including Inspections <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Show projected percentage of completion for each item, as of the first of each <br />month. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Show projected dollar cash flow requirements for each month of construction. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Use of float suppression techniques such as preferential sequencing or logic, <br />special lead/lag logic restraints, and extended activity times are prohibited, and <br />use of float time disclosed or implied by use of alternate float-suppression <br />techniques shall be shared to proportionate benefit of the Owner and Contractor. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Pursuant to above float-sharing requirement, no time extensions will be granted <br />nor delay damages paid until a delay occurs which (i) impacts Project's critical <br />path, (ii) consumes available float or contingency time, and (iii) extends work <br />beyond contract completion date. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />If the Contractor provides an accepted schedule with an early completion date, <br />the Owner reserves the right to reduce the duration of the work to match the early <br />completion date by issuing a deductive Change Order at no change in Contract <br />Price. <br /> <br />01310-2 <br /> <br />03-4138.8 <br />
