<br />Section 3. Authorization of Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to negotiate and <br />enter into an agreement with the search firm of Colin Baenziger & Associates to search <br />for a City Manager, in the amount of Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00), attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A", and providing that the agreement will come back before the City <br />Commission for ratification. <br /> <br />Section 4. Authorization of City Attorney. The City Attorney is hereby authorized to <br />do all things necessary to effectuate the terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
