<br />The School District of Lee County, Florida - RFP # 6211 <br />Document Imaging System <br /> <br />August 5, 2004 <br /> <br />AnyDoc Software IS an award winning, industry-leading provider of premier data capture solutions for <br />structured and unstructured forms processing and auto-indexing, with over 2,500 installations world-wide <br /> <br />Included in the many R&S capabilities is our software development team This group IS responsible for a <br />number of in-house developed 'middleware' applications and utilities that we regularly use in our solutions <br />to seamlessly integrate with existing client and legacy applications and databases. These products <br />include Document Shuttle, EZVolume, EZFind, and EzExtract A new product recently developed by R&S <br />is EasyAgenda Pro, an agenda process automation application <br /> <br />R&S developed 'Document Shuttle' to provide an automated process to build or populate the LaserFiche <br />Electronic Document Management System (DIMS) index and folder structures, The LaserFiche templates <br />can be populated with record Indexes from existing systems and databases, or data captured and <br />processed from automated data capture systems, such as the AnyDoc solution Records can be named <br />automatically with index and preset values; folders and subfolders can be created automatically <br />Document Shuttle will process file documents to the appropriate folder/subfolder during import from <br />eXisting systems <br /> <br />Additionally, R&S developed 'EZVolume' to momtor LaserFiche data volumes for set capacities. For <br />example, data volumes can be set for CD-R or DVD-R size Once the data volume reaches that capacity, <br />em ails are automatically sent to designated users that certain data volumes have reached set capacities, <br />EZVolume will then mark the data volume as 'Read Only' and create a subsequent data volume ThiS IS a <br />valuable tool for record managers and administrators The LaserFiche data volume can then be written to <br />CD-R or DVD-R optical disc The data can subsequently be distributed, archived, or used for stand-alone <br />access through the LaserFiche 'Plus' publishing option, <br /> <br />R&S also developed 'EZFind' to image-enable existing legacy applications with the LaserFiche DIMS, <br />EZFind can complete searches In the LaserFiche DIMS from within existing applications and software <br />screens We also utilize the LaserFiche Integrator's Toolkit to image-enable many current applications <br />that use Graphical User Interfaces (GUls) as their interface. Buttons can be easily added that will perform <br />customer defined functions while remaining In the original application <br /> <br />EzExtract is used to export Image files and related indexes from the LaserFiche DIMS, R&S clients use <br />EzExtract to integrate LaserFiche with other software systems Additionally, some R&S clients use <br />EzExtract to produce an output file that is processed to produce microfilm electronically. <br /> <br />The newest R&S product, 'EasyAgenda' automates calendaring, management.
