The School District of Lee County, Florida - RFP # 6211 Document Imaging System August 5, 2004 Implementation Recommendations Per SDLC's stated goals and interests, R&S Integrated's proposal presents a DMIS solution that can be Implemented in a single project engagement Optional components such as the LaserFiche Workflow module (which Includes the Advanced Audit Trail module), can be incorporated into the initial project implementation, or added at any time in the future as a follow-on project or phase. Generally, decisions regarding optional module acquisition and implementation are driven by the criticality of the optional module or function, and the available budget R&S InteQrated - RanQe of Qualifications: R&S Integrated has, over the course of the past ten years, designed and deployed a very broad range of solutions for clients of all sizes, As brief examples. R&S has a number of clients using an entry-level LaserFlche solution known as the TEAM solution. Most of these clients have, at most, three or four users, and very low vOlume requirements for their Image repository. On the other end of the spectrum are clients such as Lee County Tax Collector, who utilizes the majority of the Laserfiche capabilities, in conjunction with the AnyOoc Software solution, and who has one of the largest databases and image repositories of any LaserFiche client In the United States We are also currently under contract with the City of Miami to implement an enterprise-class solution city-wide, within all city departments. The solution is currently installed in the City Clerk's office, with on-going project discovery and design occurring with additional departments to gather speCifiC department requirements and Identify opportunities and methods for optimization of the solution, We are extremely confident that we can prOVide SOLC with the same high caliber solution as the clients mentioned here, and Will illustrate some of these and other solutions In greater detail in Section 3 of this proposal listing reference clients In order to provide the necessary degree of detail in our response, and at the same time follow the general format of the proposal structure requested in the RFP instructions, we have included expanded descriptions and information related to many of the specific areas listed within the RFP. Those expanded descriptions and information are contained in Sections 13 and 14 entitled Application SpeCifications and Key Solution Parameters.
