<br />The School District of Lee County, Florida - RFP # 6211 <br />Document Imaging System <br /> <br />August 5, 2004 <br /> <br />Image records with captured Indexes are uploaded to the LaserFiche imaging system automatically Files <br />are indexed using And Doc Software's 'OCR for AnyDoc' by uSing automated data capture and 'key from <br />image' processes <br /> <br />All departmental users with Read-Only security nghts access the data through standard Internet browsers <br />LaserFlche 'Weblink' is the software module that allows Intranet/Internet access to LaserFlche databases <br />Only users that produce data have the LaserFlche 'Process' or ReadlWrite client on their workstations <br />(counter, managers, IT, and production department) In the production scanning department, tax <br />documents are scanned with AnyDoc Software's 'OCR for AnyDoc' to automate the data capture and <br />Image indexing process.
