IT staff are required for network access, <br />introduction to existing conditions, discussion of security parameters and policies, and determination of <br />data volume strategy for the new system R&S will train IT users in APIS setup, application, and support, <br /> <br />Data volume management policies will be discussed with IT staff and departmental users, Policies will be <br />determined USing Florida Administrative code. Chapter 18-26003 'Records Management - Standards and <br />Requirements, Electronic Record Keeping', as governed by the Florida Department of State. Division of <br />Library and Information Services, as a basIs for image data management regulations and stipulations, <br />Users will be trained in the established data management practices. <br /> <br />R&S will train departmental users and IT staff in prOject component nomenclature and purpose, methods <br />of evaluation for existing work processes, application of project technologies, and determination of system <br />pOlicies <br /> <br />During the installation and setup phase, IT staff will be trained using 'hands on' methods IT personnel will <br /> <br />complete certain portions of the installation and setup while being 'coached' by R&S personnel In this <br /> <br />phase IT staff will be trained in the following, <br /> <br />. DIMS software installation and setup <br /> <br />. DIMS System tables and file layouts <br /> <br />. User setup and security management <br /> <br />. Folder/subfolder setup and security management <br /> <br />. DIMS security setups and management <br /> <br />· BaSIC production methods and record retrieval <br /> <br />. System testing, application, and management <br /> <br />· Integration methods and application <br /> <br />R&S will train each group of departmental users, administrators and IT personnel in work process setup <br />and application Existing work processes will be evaluated Project meetings will determine and establish <br />new work processes and the DIMS setup for the various SDLC departments, The R&S integration team <br />and SDLe IT personnel will apply the determined system security policies and structures Users will be <br />trained in all established technologies and work processes <br /> <br />Users will be trained at the department level in all aspects of normal daily production activities and system <br />application Training will include work process setup, scanning, importing, indexing, organization, quality <br />control, and system use In production mode Additionally, department users, managers, and system <br />administrators will be trained in total system function and support.
