Dade Community Foundation <br /> <br />Primary Healthcare Facilities Fund <br />· Office of Countywide Health Care Planning <br /> <br />Any such entity shall adhere to public record protocols specified under Administrative Order No. 3- <br />31. Funding Allocations for eligible projects may be recommended to the County Manager by the <br />Project Review Committee. The County Manager and the Project Review Committee may <br />determine that a Funding Application Package be classified as: <br /> <br />A) Ineligible. Declaration that the Project identified in a Funding Application Package IS <br />ineligible. <br /> <br />B) Conditionally Eligible. The Board may determine that a Project is eligible for funding upon <br />satisfaction of specified conditions. In the event that conditional approval is given, Board staff <br />shall verify that the conditions have been satisfied prior to executing a Grant Agreement or an <br />Interlocal Agreement, as the case may be. <br /> <br />C) Eligible. Declaration that a Project identified III a Funding Application Package IS fully <br />eligible. <br /> <br />Funding Application Packages determined to be Eligible or Conditionally Eligible shall be reviewed <br />and competitively evaluated to recommend bond funding allocations. A listing of all Funding <br />Application Packages shall be reviewed by the GOB Sub-committee and presented to the Board by <br />the County Manager in the form of a Resolution stating the eligibility determination, presenting the <br />County Manager's funding recommendations based on the competitive evaluation and seeking <br />approval for the disbursement of funds. <br /> <br />Building Better Communities Administrative Rules <br /> <br />10 of 22 <br />
