SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />I. Professional Land Surveying Services <br /> <br />A. Design Survey <br /> <br />Determine existing upland elevations within the project area. Locate existing, <br />structures, fencing, trees and other physical features as specified by the <br />engineer. Prepare CADD base file with all information relevant to engineering <br />design. <br /> <br />II. Professional Electrical Engineering Services <br /> <br />A. Design Phase <br /> <br />Prepare electrical engineering design for the restroom, additional lighting <br />around pedestrian walkway (center of park), and a electrical pull box for the <br />future pedestrian wooden dock and observation platform. Provide plans and <br />specifications for competitive bidding, permitting, photometrics, and <br />construction including shop drawing review and two inspections. <br /> <br />III. Professional Civil Engineering Services <br /> <br />A. Preliminary Investigation <br /> <br />Visit and inspect site to determine existing conditions. Take photos, make <br />written documentation, sketches, notes and research specific codes, regulations <br />and requirements. Collect all existing as-builts. Attend one (1) meeting with <br />the City to discuss restroom and lighting layout. Coordinate with all <br />governmental agencies that have jurisdiction over the site. <br /> <br />B. Preliminary Design <br /> <br />Prepare a preliminary layout of the proposl~d restroom for presentation to the <br />City. Attend one (1) meeting to go over the City's comments. Revise the <br />preliminary plans per the City's comments. <br /> <br />C. Design Phase <br /> <br />Prepare proposed engineering design for the restroom while taking into account <br />location of jurisdictional wetland limits, existing sidewalks, trees, structures <br />and existing grades. <br /> <br />SIB <br />
