Enol's in street names, street prefixes, street type, etc. <br /> <br />SunGard will return to Customer a list of the logical errors from SunGard's editing/data validation <br />utility, The logical errors checked for include: <br /> <br />. Address range undershoots <br />. Address range overshoots <br />. Missing street names <br />. Missing street ranges <br /> <br />Customer is responsible for correcting all errors and ensuring the accuracy of all GIS provided data <br />Defects and errors in data may cause delays in the project and will be the sole responsibility of the <br />Customer. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUNGARD BE LIABLE FOR ANY ERRORS ASSOCIATED <br />WITH THE CONVERTED GIS RESOURCES WHICH ARE THE RESULT OF INACCURATE <br />DATA PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER. <br /> <br />Customer is additionally responsible to digitize all required map layers to support the Public Safety <br />GIS-based CAD and RMS subsystems. <br /> <br />XV. MISCELLANEOUS AGREEMENT PROVISIONS <br /> <br />Choice of Law/Dispute Resolution. This Agreement shall be governed by laws of the State of <br />Florida. Prior to either party commencing any legal action under this Agreement, the parties agree <br />to try in good faith, to settle any dispute amicably between them. If a dispute has not been settled <br />after forty-five (4S) days of good-faith negotiations and as may be otherwise provided herein, then <br />either party may commence legal action against the other.
