<br />Mrs. Robertson is a Vice President with the Mercer Group specializing in compensation and
<br />classification studies, organizational analysis, and performance evaluation systems. Mrs. Robertson
<br />has been with The Mercer Group, Inc. since 1997.
<br />
<br />She worked for seven years in the banking industry filling every position in branch banking,
<br />including branch manager. Her employers were South Trust Bank in Atlanta, Georgia, and
<br />NationsBank in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
