<br />IV. PROJECT SCOPE FOR THE COMPENSATION AND <br />CLASSIFICATION STUDY <br /> <br />A. Scope <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isle Beach is interested in have a Comprehensive Compensation and <br />Classification Study. The Scope would included: <br /> <br />. Updating previously conducted market research <br />· Develop a Cornprehensive Classification system to ensure internal equity <br />· Develop a pay system for all full-time position with the exception of positions <br />in the Sworn Officer Pay Plan <br /> <br />Based on the project scope the deliverables will include but not be limited to: <br /> <br />1. Recommend base salary ranges that are equitable with comparable internal jobs. <br /> <br />2. Interview all positions for employees having submitted job description questionnaires to <br />verify accuracy and completeness of the questionnaire. <br /> <br />3. Work closely with the employees, and management. <br /> <br />4. Recommend a classification structure that allows for compliance with the Fair Labor <br />Standards Act (FLSA) revisions. <br /> <br />5. Provide updated job descriptions. <br /> <br />6. Recommend an effective, highly flexible and easily administered and maintained system. <br /> <br />7. Provide a plan and a schedule for implementation. <br /> <br />8.
