PRICE PROPOSAL <br /> <br />Compensation and Classification Studv: <br />The not-to-exceed total cost of the Compensation and Classification Study for the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach will be: <br /> <br />$13,750 - $4000 = $9,750 <br /> <br />This includes a premium preferred client discount, all direct and indirect expenses associated <br />with the project. <br /> <br />Our custornary payment schedule includes partial payments tied to verifiable completion of <br />selected phases of the project. The payment schedule listed below is what we would recommend <br />for this project; however, it is not a condition of our acceptance of this contract. <br /> <br />At completion of initial site work <br />and Orientation: <br /> <br />25% of contract amount <br /> <br />At cornpletion of ernployee interviews: <br /> <br />50% of contract amount <br /> <br />At presentation of Final Report: <br /> <br />25% of contract amount <br /> <br />Presentations beyond what is outlined above, shall be provided at the consultants customary <br />hourly rate plus direct expenses. <br /> <br />Phillip Robertson = $115 per hour <br />Kay Robertson = $85 per hour <br />Randy Davis = $85 per hour <br /> <br />Performance Evaluation Svstem: <br />The total not-to-exceed cost of the Performance Evaluation System is $9,000. <br /> <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach's cost for The Mercer Group, Inc. for services rendered under <br />this agreement will not exceed the agreed upon price unless an increase is authorized in writing <br />by the City. We will cornply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations offederal, state and <br />local government entities. <br /> <br />Our ability to carry out the work required will be drawn greatly frorn our past experience in <br />providing sirnilar services to others, and we expect to continue such work in the future. We will, <br />to the degree possible, preserve the confidential nature of any information received from you or <br />developed during the work in accordance with our professional standards. <br /> <br />We assure you that we will devote our best efforts to carrying out the engagement.
