Proposal No. 03-4122.4 <br /> <br />A water truck will be supplied, which will be used to store temporarily the groundwater <br />pumped from the test hole. The groundwater will be returned to the hole when testing is <br />completed. The drill cuttings will be disposed of off site. <br /> <br />Task 2 can be completed in six days (two days per test hole). Laboratory results will be <br />available within one week after sample delivery. <br /> <br />Task 3 - Report Preparation <br /> <br />A report will be prepared that documents evaluation and opinion of the data to be submitted to <br />FDEP as part of the permitting package. The report will be signed and sealed by a State of <br />Florida Licensed Professional Geologist. If the data does not provide reasonable assurance of <br />minimal impact, additional evaluation may be recommended, e.g., test wellslborings, <br />groundwater modeling, the Client will be so advised. <br /> <br />Preparation of the report will include researching nearby USGS well information and other <br />geologic data, and researching test boring and total dissolved solids data from nearby project <br />sites. <br /> <br />A separate letter will be prepared that documents the specific capacity tests and provides <br />professional opinion on the specific capacity of each test hole. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION: <br /> <br />Hourly rates with an estimated fee of $56,896.00 plus reimbursables at $2,844.80 with a total <br />not to exceed amount of $59,740.80. Payments to be made monthly. <br /> <br />3. TIME OF PERFORMANCE: <br /> <br />Tasks 1 through 3 under the Scope of Services will be completed within 45 calendar days after <br />the Notice to Proceed except for delays beyond the control of the Consultant. <br /> <br />4.
