<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |ITB No. 16-09-01 17 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.3 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Replacement Parts - Replacement parts should be New Original Equipment (OEM) unless noted <br />otherwise or agreed upon for a specific repair or authorized by the Fleet Manager or designee. <br /> <br />Labor - Technicians must be certified by either the respective vehicle manufacturer or ASE certified <br />for the repairs being performed. <br /> <br />All employees of the contractor shall be considered to be at all times the sole employees of the <br />contractor, under the contractor's sole direction, and not an employee or agent of the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. <br /> <br />Shop Equipment - The facility shall have sufficient high quality tools and equipment to service <br />late model vehicles (brake lathe, tire changer, tire balancer, alignment, tire pressure monitor tools, <br />and OBDII diagnostic equipment). <br /> <br /> <br />
