<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |ITB No. 16-09-01 20 <br /> <br />The Contractor is responsible for notifying the representative of user departments by telephone, <br />email or in person when any vehicle will be out-of-service for maintenance or repair for more <br />than 24 hours. <br /> <br />3.11 REWORK <br /> <br />All rework must be performed within 24 hours after City notification of corrective action. <br /> <br />3.12 AD HOC REPORTS <br /> <br />The Contractor may be required to assist in the generation of any ad hoc reports as the City or <br />any of its user departments may request. In addition some users may require copies of repair <br />orders when vehicles are picked up to document costs Incurred that are eligible For Federal <br />reimbursement.
