At your request we are resubmitting the <br />work hours and cost estimate to revise the plans already completed on September 16, 2005. This scope <br />of work and cost proposal should be considered as a supplement to the original Consultant Agreement <br />Contract Number 04-03628-01 dated December 18, 2004. (The proper date of the agreement was <br />December 18, 2003). <br /> <br />Plans revisions <br /> <br />We have mentioned in previous correspondence that since the plans were signed and sealed on <br />September 16, 2005 any changes will be recorded with the date the revision is made.
