In addition to the construction inspection scrvices, Consultant shall provide <br />additional construction management scrvices and serve as the "Construction <br />Managcr", as more fully described Attachmcnt B, for the construction of the <br />Active Park facilities located at 181 Street and North Bay Road. <br /> <br />2. AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT PRICE. Subsection 2c of the Master Agrcement is <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />c. The contract price shall be incrcased by $39,312.00. Thc total aggrcgatc contract <br />price shall not exceed ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND TWO <br />HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS and SEVENTY-FIVE CENTS <br />($142,290.75), unless amended by prior approval of the City. <br /> <br />3. REMAINING TERMS. All other terms and provisions of thc Master Agrcement dated <br />November 17, 2005 shall remain in full forcc and effect. Any modification of this Agreement <br />shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the paliies to this Agreement. No waiver of <br />any provision of this Agreement shall be valid or enforceablc unless such waiver is in writing <br />and signed by the party granting such waiver.
