<br />5 Deliverable Materials <br /> <br />The deliverable Materials, identified as Type II Materials, resulting from these Services are: <br />. City of Sunny Isles Beach Wireless Business Model Report <br />. Status Report <br />. Wireless Survey & Design Report <br />. ass Requirements Document <br />. Budgetary Spreadsheet <br /> <br />See Appendix A, "Deliverables Guidelines", for a description of each deliverable Material. <br /> <br />6 Completion Criteria <br /> <br />IBM shall have fulfilled its obligations under this Statement of Work when any of the following first <br />occurs: <br />1, IBM accomplishes the IBM tasks described under "IBM Responsibilities". <br />2, Either of us terminates this Statement of Work under the terms of the Agreement <br /> <br />7 Charges <br /> <br />1. Based on the above tasks and assumptions, IBM will provide the above Services at a <br />price of $ 74,425,00 and will invoice monthly as work is performed, <br /> <br />2, Travel and living expenses are in addition to the above charges and will be invoiced as <br />actual. Travel and living expenses will be invoiced monthly, <br /> <br />3, Shipping charges that are incurred by IBM during the performance of this Statement of <br />Work will be invoiced to City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br /> <br />4. Applicable federal, state and local taxes are not included in the estimated charges. <br /> <br />5.
