<br />approvals, you agree to reimburse IBM for any costs and damages IBM may reasonably incur <br />in connection with such claim. <br /> <br />Assumptions: <br /> <br />1. City of Sunny Isles Beach key personnel and stakeholders will be available for interview <br />and workshop purposes. <br /> <br />2. The City of Sunny Isles Beach will provide a point of contact I liaison person to the project <br />team whose responsibility it will be to identify key City personnel and stakeholders and <br />assist in scheduling meetings as needed with these individuals and the project team, <br /> <br />3. The work under this proposal for the development of the Wireless Business Model will be <br />performed either at the City of Sunny Isles Beach facilities in Sunny Isles, FL or at IBM <br />facilities in Coral Gables, FL, or other IBM facilities as appropriate. <br /> <br />4. IBM will provide the Services under this proposal during normal business hours, 8:00 AM <br />to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, except national holidays. If necessary, the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach will provide after-hours access to City facilities to IBM personnel. Out- <br />of-town personnel may work hours other than those defined as normal business hours to <br />accommodate their travel schedules. <br /> <br />5. The following tools will be used for this project: <br />. Microsoft Office Professional (Excel and powerpoint) <br />. Microsoft Visio <br />. Microsoft Project <br /> <br />3.2 City of Sunny Isles Beach Project Manager <br /> <br />Prior to the start of this Statement of Work under the Agreement, City of Sunny Isles Beach will <br />designate a person, called the City of Sunny Isles Beach Project Manager, to whom IBM <br />communications will be addressed and who has the authority to act for City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />in all matters regarding this SOW. <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach Project Manager's responsibilities include: <br /> <br />1. Serve as the interface between IBM and all City of Sunny Isles Beach departments, <br />organizations and sites participating in this project. <br />2, With the IBM Project Manager, develop the project plan prior to implementation. <br />3. With the IBM Project Manager, administer the Project Change Control Procedure. <br />4. Attend project status meetings. <br />5, Obtain and provide information, data, decisions and approvals, within five (5) working days of <br />IBM's request, unless both IBM and City of Sunny Isles Beach agree to an extended response <br />time, <br />6. Help resolve project issues and escalate issues within the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />organization, as necessary. <br /> <br />4 Estimated Schedule <br /> <br />Estimated Start Date = September 18, 2006 <br /> <br />Estimated End Date = October 31, 2006 <br /> <br />If the Statement of Work signature date is beyond the Estimated Start Date, the Estimated Start <br />Date shall automatically be extended to be the first business day following the day the last <br />signature is affixed to this Statement of Work.
