Deliverable Guidelines <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Wireless Business Model Report <br /> <br />Purpose: IBM will provide a Report articulating a wireless business model for the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. This report and the content therein will be used by City leadership to manage the <br />ongoing development and operation of the City's wireless investments and partnerships, <br />Delivery: Three hard copies will be delivered to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Project Manager <br />upon the conclusion of the business model portion of the project (2.5 weeks) <br />Content: The report will consist of the following, as appropriate: <br />. City's wireless strategy and objectives <br />. Qualification of wireless customers and offerings <br />. Model of wireless revenues, costs, and savings <br /> <br />Status Report <br /> <br />Purpose: IBM will provide a Status Report during the project to describe the activities which <br />took place during that period. Significant accomplishments, milestones, and problems will be <br />described. <br /> <br />Delivery: One email and three hard copies will be delivered to the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Project Manager within five working days following the reporting period, <br /> <br />Content: The report will consist of the following, as appropriate: <br /> <br />. Activities performed during the reporting period <br />. Activities planned for the next reporting period <br />. Project change control activity <br />. Problems, concerns, and recommendations <br /> <br />Wireless Survey & Design Report <br />Purpose: IBM will provide a report to the City Sunny Isles a Wireless Survey & Design Report <br />containing all site survey findings, RF analysis and wireless network design for the deployment. <br />Delivery: Three hard copies will be delivered to the City of Sunny Isles Beach Project Manager. <br />Content: The report will consist of the following, as appropriate: <br />. Report of all gathered information on site location <br />. Overall maps and summary of proposed network <br />. WiFi Coverage Maps <br />. Recommendations for structural analysis if needed <br />. Site power and grounding requirements <br />. Coverage Reports <br />. Mounting requirements <br />. RF and network connections <br />.
