Project Change Control Procedure <br /> <br />When both of us agree to a change in this Statement of Work, a written description of the agreed <br />change (called a "Change Authorization") will be prepared, which both parties must sign. The <br />Change Authorization will describe the change, the rationale for the change, and specify any <br />change in the charges, estimated schedule, or other terms, Depending on the extent and <br />complexity of the requested changes, IBM may charge for the effort required to analyze it.
