<br />Section 2. Award ofRFP and Approval of Agreement. The City Commission hereby awards <br />RFP No. 07-04-01 to and enters into an agreement with Rachlin Cohen and Holtz, LLP, for <br />professional auditing services for a three (3) year period, in the amounts of $41,250.00 for Fiscal <br />Year 2006/2007, $42,488.00 for Fiscal Year 2007/2008, and $43,763.00 for Fiscal Year 2008/2009, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A", based on the pricing, terms, and conditions listed in the bid response, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "B". Excluding the single audit fee, which is not being approved at this <br />time. <br /> <br />Section 3 <br /> <br />Authorization ofMavor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 4 Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate the terms of the Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
