<br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Sunny Isles Beach is requesting
<br />qualifications for a qualified Professional General Engineering Consulta~t
<br />asauthorizedby..Sedion 287.055. Florida Statules (1997). .

<br />The Atlantic Isles community is an island located south of Sunny Isles.
<br />Beach Boulevard and west of Collins Avenue in the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach. The homes are being serviced by septic tanks and overhead po'w.
<br />er lines that are going to be under-grounded. A water main is proposed to.
<br />be replaced by the City of Miami Beach Utility Department. The existing:
<br />road into the island is narrow and, due to lack of drainage, suffers from Ire-,
<br />quent flooding. '

<br />nee ring services for the design of a Sanitary Sewer collection system and
<br />a lift station to connect to Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department
<br />(WASD), drainage improvements throughout the community, resurfa~ing..
