<br />The Atlantic Isles community is an island located south of Sunny IslEis
<br />Beach Boulevard and west of Collins Avenue in the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach. The homes are being setViced by septic tanks and overhead
<br />power lines thai are going 10 be under-grounded. A water main [s pro-
<br />posed to be replaced by the City of Miami Beach Utility Department. The
<br />existing road into the island is narrow and, due to lack of drainage, suffel:8

<br />of the exisling road and design of the slreet fighting, as well 'as
<br />coordination with Florida Power and Light (FPL) for the under-grounding
