Upgrade the customer service that is provided to the public ffi-gerreratmrd-residents7 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND RE: ACCES Ij)ATABASES <br /> <br />When the City became independent from Miami Dade County in 1997, and after the Code <br />Enforcement Section was created under the Planning and Zoning Department, three access <br />databases were custom made to handle the daily operations of the Code Enforcement Section as <br />well as the Occupational License and Certificate of Use. The databases were created by <br />Emmanuel Ingco from Homework Inc. along with the Code Enforcement and Licensing Director <br />at the time. <br /> <br />The databases are (10) years old and have not been updated or refurbished in any shape or form. <br />Below are positives and negatives related to the two access databases. <br /> <br />OOCIJIPATIlONAL UCENSE ANJD CERTIFICATE OF USE 1j)A, '][' ABASES <br /> <br />The program provides the following: <br />.
