This vendor has extensive experience in providing catering <br />service to large groups of people. Referrals confirmed that their service was more than satisfactory. <br />The lowest bidder, mentioned above, was not considered as they did not have experience in serving <br />large crowds, which was reflected in their proposed number of service staff. <br /> <br />I certify that funds are available forthis agreement in the Tenth Anniversary account 10.519.5471. <br />
