Per your instructions, we have attached a copy of our approving <br />resolution as Exhibit "c" to the Agreement and we have not dated the Agreement. <br /> <br />Enclosed are the six (6) original agreements for signature by FDOT. They have <br />already been executed by the appropriate Sunny Isles Beach parties.
