4. The Consultant will be responsible to notify the Department of the project start up dates at least 14 days prior to commencement. 5. The Contractor will be responsible to provide adequate on-site management to ensure compliance with the project plan and any permit conditions/requirements. 6. The Contractor will be responsible for proper turbidity, sediment and erosion control at the work site. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that state water quality standards pursuant to Chapter 62-302 F.A.C. are met. 7. Any significant modifications to the project plan must be agreed upon by the Department. 8. The Consultant will submit quarterly progress reports, which shall include invoices, in accordance with Agreement requirements. CONCLUSION The intent of this program is to ensure that the l720d Street area of the City of Sunny Isles Beach and the Town Center Park remain free from flooding or ponding of water, which will help protect the citizen's health, safety, and well being, as well as improving the quality of the stormwater flows.
