Description of Work. <br />D. Work Sequence. <br />E. Owner Occupancy. <br />1.02 CONTRACTOR USE OF SITE <br />A. Limit use of site and premises to allow: <br />1. Owner occupancy. <br />2. Work by others and Owner. <br />1.03 LOCATION OF WORK <br />A. The work location is in the City of Sunny Isles Beach at N.E. 172nd Street. <br />1.04 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br />A. 172nd Street Roadway Improvements consisting of the reconstruction of N.E. <br />172nd Street including: paving, grading, drainage, lighting improvements, traffic <br />separators, sidewalks, and landscaping. <br />1.05 WORK SEQUENCE <br />A. Construct work in stages to accommodate Owner's occupancy requirements <br />during the construction period, coordinate construction schedule and operations <br />with Owner. <br />B.
