The Owner may occupy portions of the premises during periods of construction <br />for beneficial occupancy. <br />B. Cooperate with Owner to minimize conflict, and to facilitate Owner's operations. <br />C. Schedule the Work to accommodate this requirement. <br />1.07 MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC <br />A. The Contractor shall prepare the Maintenance of Traffic Plan to maintain traffic <br />flows in all three directions on these roads.
