I <br />1.08 SPECIAL TOOLS <br />A. Manufacturers of equipment and machinery shall furnish any special tools <br />(including grease guns or other lubricating devices) required for normal <br />adjustment, operations and maintenance, together with instructions for their use. <br />The Contractor shall preserve and deliver to the Owner these tools and <br />instructions in good order no later than upon completion of the Contract. <br />1.09 WARRANTY <br />A. For all major pieces of equipment, submit a warranty from the equipment <br />manufacturer. <br />1.10 SPARE PARTS <br />A. Spare parts for certain equipment provided under Division 11 through 16 have <br />been specified in the pertinent sections of the Specifications. The Contractor <br />shall collect and store all spare parts so required in an area to be designated by <br />the Engineer. In addition, the Contractor shall furnish to the Engineer an <br />inventory listing all spare parts, the equipment they are associated with, the name <br />and address of the supplier, and the delivered cost of each item. Copies of actual <br />invoices for each item shall be furnished with the inventory to substantiate the <br />delivered cost. <br />1.11 GREASE, OIL AND FUEL <br />A. All grease, oil and fuel required for testing of equipment shall be furnished with <br />the respective equipment. The Owner shall be furnished with a year's supply of <br />required lubricants including grease and oil of the type recommended b the <br />manufacturer with each item of the equipment supplied under Division 11 through <br />16. <br />B. The Contractor shall be responsible for changing the oil in all drives and <br />intermediate drives of each mechanical equipment after initial break -in of the <br />equipment, which in no event shall be any longer than three weeks of operation. <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS (Not Used) <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION (Not Used) <br />END OF SECTION <br />06/07 01600 -6 03 -4197 <br />
