<br />" <br /> <br />Mr. Rick Conner <br />November 30, 2007 (Revised December 5, 2007) <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />8: <br /> <br />With final comments incorporated in Contract Documents and approval from Owner, print <br />bidding sets for prospective bidders and update design book. <br />Provide signage prototypes. <br /> <br />7: <br /> <br />Task 5 - BiddinQ and Permittin~ <br />1: Spillis Candela DMJM will prepare all addenda in response to questions raised during the <br />bidding phase. <br />2: Spillis Candela DMJM will deliver to the City, sets of contract documents for the City's <br />review and help in obtaining a building permit. <br />3: Obtain permits from all civil engineering related approving agencies. <br />4: Pre-bid conference will be held in concert with Construction Manager for all prospective <br />sub-contractors. <br />5: This proposal includes attendance at up to two (2) meetings with the permitting agencies <br />for the purpose of resolving issues to obtain a building permit. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Construction <br />1: After the award of the construction sub-consultants, the design team will provide <br />construction administrative activities as follows: <br />a. RFl's and Shop drawing review <br />b. On-site observation up to four (4) times per month, as professionally appropriate. <br />c. Change order review and comments <br />d. Pay request reviews <br />e. Substantial and final inspections <br />f. Review of tests performed on site <br />g. Review of operational and maintenance manuals <br /> <br />Schedule <br /> <br />The project schedule is a critical component of our fee quotation. The following schedule has been <br />proposed, plus 1 week for Owner review and approval at the end of each phase.
