It is our <br />understanding that you would like to have a Topographic Survey prepared along the West side of <br />and in the median of Coli ins A venue from the William Lehman Causeway to approximately 400 <br />feet South ofNE 189111 Street. Our proposal is based on the following scope of services. <br /> <br />I, Prepare Topographic survey <br /> <br />2, Show location of trees & palms <br /> <br />3. Elevations taken at 50 foot stations to include all changes in grade as well as edge of <br />travel lane. <br /> <br />4. Locate above ground improvements including pavements, front and back of sidewalk, <br />traffic medians, curbs & gutters, fences, driveways, road signs, utilities, etc, <br /> <br />5, Locate underground utilities markings provided by Sunshine Utility locations. <br /> <br />6, Re-establish FDOT baseline and reference points per FDOT Right of Way Map and <br />Control Sheets provided by client. <br /> <br />7. Coordinate with Call Sunshine to mark utility locations prior to survey field work. <br /> <br />Our fee for preparing the topographic survey will be $10,725.00. <br /> <br />Our fee is based on the following hourly rates, <br />
