As the flowers require more water than the <br />plants and sod, being able to water the flower beds only will reduce water usage and conserve water. <br />We will utilize the existing city water meters, PVB backflow devices, and the sleeves under the <br />asphalt between the islands. The existing PVC pipe in the sleeves will be replaced as needed. The <br />existing control valves and battery operated controllers will be replaced.
