However, if the City is unable to do so, then OSS shall <br />be responsible for the associated costs. If OSS requires any of the rooms for more than six (6) <br />nights, OSS will advise the City within a timely manner. Hotel rooms to be provided in no <br />more than three hotels and located in close proximity to Race Village and Registration. OSS <br />shall provide to the City its specific needs for such hotel rooms when they become available. <br />The City will make a good faith effort to obtain in kind services from sponsors to provide one <br />(1) full size 4 door pickup truck, five (5) full size SUVs and four (4) full size cars for up to six <br />(6) days during the event. However, if the City is unable to do so, then OSS shall be responsible <br />for the associated costs. OSS will advise the City if a site requires additional vehicles in a timely <br />manner. <br /> <br />14. Additional Transportation. The City will make a good faith effort to obtain in <br />kind services to provide at least three (3) golf carts for use by OSS Officials for three (3) days <br />during the event. However, if the City is unable to do so, then OSS shall be responsible for the <br />associated costs. <br /> <br />15. Insurance Requirements: OSS shall be required to obtain, at its own expense, <br />insurance as specified in this section. OSS will not be permitted to commence work associated <br />with the Event (including pre-staging of personnel and material) until satisfactory evidence of <br />the required insurance has been furnished to the City as specified below. OSS shall maintain the <br />required insurance throughout the entire duration of the RACE and any extensions specified in <br />any attached schedules. Failure to comply with this provision shall release the City of any <br />obligation to compensate OSS. Further, any material misstatement in the application for <br />insurance coverage shall release the City from its obligations to pay under this agreement. OSS <br />shall provide, to the City, as satisfactory evidence of the required insurance, including (1) the <br />insurance policy application and (2) either: Original Certificate of Insurance or Certified copy of <br />the actual insurance policy. <br /> <br />An original certificate or a certified copy of any or all insurance policies required by this <br />contract shall be filed with the Risk Management Department of the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach prior to the Event. The insurance policy must state that the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach is the certificate holder and additional named Insured.
