This warranty covers <br />material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover the cost of replacement, either labor or <br />material that result from customer action, cables installed by others, acts of God, fire, theft, <br />vandalism, other vendors performing work on customer premises or third party action. <br /> <br />This price is guaranteed for a period of 30 days from the date of this proposal. Thereafter, A TT <br />reserves the right to review and adjust its pricing, if necessary, prior to contract signing or <br />acceptance of your purchase order. <br /> <br />General Assumptions: <br />· Client is responsible for all costs associated with permits, easements and / or right-of-ways. <br />This proposal includes estimated costs associated with obtaining permits. AT&T shall assist <br />Client in securing necessary installation permits associated with this installation. <br />· AT&T assumes there are no abnormal environmental or hazardous conditions on the Client's <br />premise which would require extraordinary safety and/or regulatory functions, activities, <br />permits or certifications for AT&T to perform the required work. <br />· Client shall provide a suitable and safe environment for AT&T work at Client's premises. <br />Prior to AT&T's commencement of the work proposed hereunder, Client shall advise AT&T <br />of the presence on Client's premises of any substance or material that is classified as a <br />hazardous material, hazardous chemical, hazardous substance, pollutant, contaminant, or <br />toxic substance under any federal, state, or local law, regulation or ordinance ('Laws") related <br />to the pollution or protection of air, ground or surface water, soil or other environmental <br />media or occupational health and safety ("Hazardous Substance") or any other environmental <br />or safety hazard. <br /> <br />The information contained in this proposal is proprietary to A IT and is offered solely for the purpose of evaluation. <br />It may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written permission from A IT.
