The amount of annual accrued vacation will be determined <br />pro rata on the same schedule as that for full-time employees (see above), <br />but the pay will be based on the employee's average number of part-time <br />hours per week during the vacation accrual year. Part-time employees <br />working less than 20 hours per week, temporary employees, and <br />intermittent employees do not receive paid vacation. <br /> <br />4) Employees may not take paid vacation until they have actually earned the <br />vacation.
