Hines, City Clerk <br />Priscilla Walker, CMC, Deputy City Clerk/Office Manager <br /> <br />September 18,2008 <br /> <br />Approval of Agreement with MCCI for Automated Agenda System and Related <br />Support Services and an Agreement with Granicus for Document/Webhosting, <br />MinutesMaker, and Related Support Services <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />It is recommended that the City Commission adopt the attached resolutions approving an agreement <br />with MCCI for an Automated Agenda System and related support services and an agreement with <br />Granicus for Webhosting, MinutesMaker, and related support services. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />One of the goals and objectives listed for the qUice of the City Clerk in the current fiscal year is to <br />overhaul our paperless agenda system and to provide more access to public records. Currently, we <br />manually produce the agenda and then provide a hard or PDF (scanned) copies. The scanned <br />version is not ideal as it is one huge document that takes too long to open and is hard to navigate <br />through. As such, we have looked at several systems that will allow us to automate the creation, <br />approval, management, and publishing of the agenda, minutes, and meeting video.
