<br />Miami including: hotel news and offers, special events, restaurant <br />news (chefs, awards etc) special promotions and general news <br />information, <br /> <br />1.5) Key message development - develop key positioning talking <br />points and training (if necessary) for our media spokespeople and <br />industry partners. <br /> <br />1.6) Update existing crisis plan in case of an emergency such as a <br />hurricane or other disaster. <br /> <br />1.7) Media Representative - HRMC will handle all print and <br />electronic media queries regarding travel and tourism for the <br />association. <br /> <br />1.8) Liaison with strategic industry partners including; GMCYB, <br />Visit Florida, local chambers, state agencies, city, hotel, and other <br />association members. <br /> <br />1.9) Provision of press materials for key trade shows and missions (i.e. <br />GMCYB's New York November Show and reception, Annual Pow <br />Wow conference (May) and American Travel Writers in October. <br />Please note that if HRMC staff is requested to attend any shows, an <br />individual project fee will be negotiated. <br /> <br />2.0) Development and coordination for media visits and press fams <br />provided by association partners such as participating hotel members. <br />GMCYB, and others, Please note that if HRMC is requested <br />to organize and develop additional destination specific Sunny Isles <br />Beach Resort Association fams, there will be additional project fees <br />negotiated, above and beyond the basic monthly retainer. <br /> <br />2. General Awareness and Publicity Programs for Sunny Isles Beach <br /> <br />2.1) HRMC will develop a public relations plan to promote events and items of <br />interest to the residents of SIB as well as the local South Florida Community <br />2.1.1. This will include the writing of press materials and proactive <br />year-round media pitching for coverage. <br /> <br />3. Develop a community outreach and special events program that will target major <br />civic, business and consumer groups: <br />· Broward and Ft.
