The Department has chosen to use a consultant to help prepare this ITN. The consultant we chose is <br /> Accenture LLP. Although our consultant has helped to prepare the ITN's contents, they are not <br /> involved in the decision making process, which shall remain exclusively with the State of Florida. <br /> 3.16 Cancellation or Withdrawal of ITN <br /> This ITN may be cancelled or withdrawn at any time and any and all responses may be rejected in <br /> whole or in part when the Department determines such action to be in the best interest of the State of <br /> Florida. <br /> 3.17 Confidential Information <br /> Any documents submitted pursuant to this ITN and identified by the Respondent as containing <br /> confidential and proprietary information will not be released to any person making a request for <br /> copies of information submitted to the Department until the Respondent has been notified and <br /> provided the opportunity to defend release of the document containing the identified confidential <br /> information.
