Attorney Fees: In the event either party brings a lawsuit to enforce the terms of this contract, or arising from breach of contract, <br />the prevailing party shall be entitled to its costs and reasonable attorney's fees for bringing or defending the action. <br /> <br />22. Nondisclosure of Data: Data provided by you either before or after contract award shall only be used for its intended purpose. <br />RCS, RCS Employees and RCS Sub-Contractors shall not utilize nor distribute your data in any form without the express written <br />approval of you. <br /> <br />23.
