In the first line of Paragraph 2.02. change the term "...ten..." to read: <br />...six(6)... ". <br />Delete Paragraph 2.03. and replace with the following: <br />"The date of commencement of the Work is the date established in a Notice to <br />Proceed." <br />Add the following to Paragraph 2.05.: <br />"D. CONTRACTOR shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without <br />Contract Documents or, where specified, approved Shop Drawings for such <br />portion of the Work. <br />E. By executing the Contract, CONTRACTOR represents that he has visited the <br />site, familiarized himself with the local conditions under which the Work is to be <br />performed, and correlated his observations with the requirements of the Contract <br />Documents." <br />ARTICLE 3 - CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: INTENT, AMENDING, REUSE <br />Add the following to Paragraph 3.02.A.: <br />"3.
