SECTION 00900 <br />Addendum No. 3 <br />to <br />Contract documents <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />Atlantic Isles Roadway and Utility Improvements <br />CGA PROJECT NO. 05 -4893 <br />CITY BID NO. 08 -06 -01 <br />To All Bidders: <br />Bidders for the above - referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br />additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br />over anything shown or described otherwise. <br />IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: <br />1. In Document 00300, replace in its entirety. <br />2. Add Document 00200 Geotechnical Report. <br />3. Attached Pre -bid minutes to be added to contract documents. <br />4. in response to bidders RFI'S: <br />— JVA Engineering: <br />a) Well box and location? <br />Response: Design change to use a Vortech -Model 5000 in lieu of <br />drainage well. <br />b) If 6" force main is connect to the bridge or with pile supports Sta. 122 +33 <br />& Sta. 124 +13. <br />Response: The existing two bridges are relatively new and provide <br />a conduit chase for the force main. (see attached details) <br />C) If propose storm drainage is RCP or HDPE, and where? <br />Response: All drainage pipes under pavement shall be RCP. HDPE <br />will be allowed in grass areas. (see revised bid item form) <br />d) If a propose striping and signage plan will be provided? <br />Response: Striping and signage plans are complete and will be sent <br />as an addendum. <br />e) Locations of light poles with pull box. <br />Response: Electrical plans are complete and will be sent as an <br />addendum. <br />— Southeastern Engineering <br />a) Item 8 of the bid form calls for relocation of power / light poles.
