SECTION 00900 <br />' Addendum No. 5 <br />to <br />Contract documents <br />tCITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />Atlantic Isles Roadway and Utility Improvements <br />' CGA PROJECT NO. 05 -4893 <br />CITY BID NO. 08 -06 -01 <br />7 <br />To All Bidders: <br />Bidders for the above - referenced project shall take note of the following changes, <br />additions, deletions, clarifications, etc. to the Plans and Specifications, which in <br />accordance with the Contract Documents shall become a part of and have precedence <br />over anything shown or described otherwise. <br />IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: <br />1. In Document 00300, replace in its entirety. <br />2. Clarification to Southeastern Engineering's question p in Addendum No. 3 (In <br />case RTU antenna will be part of contract, who provides the program and set up <br />communication. Response: Response: This is the responsibility of Miami - <br />Dade Water and Sewer Department. <br />3. In response to bidders RFI'S: <br />— Conquest Engineering: <br />a) In the electrical section in Addendum No. 3 breakdown an item has been <br />added (Fall 25kva transformer). It is the 70th item on the breakdown; it is <br />in the lift station subdivision. The Fall 25kva does not appear on the plans <br />I have in my possession. It's necessary that I receive more information on <br />that item to inform my supplier. <br />Response: This will be FPL supplied. <br />b) Item #70 what kind of transformer are you inquiring about and is it the <br />normal utility supplied transformer or a different one? (He needs phasing, <br />primary and secondary voltages, and transformer impedance). <br />Response: This will be FPL supplied. <br />C) Item #72 disconnect switch? Is this the one supplied for the station, <br />single -phase stainless steel fusible? <br />Response: There are two (2) disconnects one for the lift station the <br />other for the street light service, both will be stainless steel nema 4x. <br />d) Item #73 you are inquiring about 1/2" RGS this is a Metro Dade Station that <br />requires 2" conduit to the wet well via a motor junction box. <br />Response: All work must be in accordance with MD WASD standards <br />and specifications not Metro Dade, which does require 2" to the wet <br />well. <br />1 06/08 00900 -1 <br />05 -4893 <br />
