This bid item is to include the supplying of all necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, fuel, <br />and other miscellaneous necessities to appropriately cover over or remove, as directed by the <br />City, any graffiti. This bid item is intended to include all work, including any needed repairs <br />required to allow the graffiti to be addressed. All work must begin within eight hours of being <br />notified by the City, and the work must proceed continuously and expeditiously until the job is <br />completed.
