<br />them to the owner. For the Bidder to receive payments under this item, the service must be

<br />any carts found while performing the daily servicing and inspection of the City.

<br />responsible for immediately notifying the City if any missing or damaged banners are found
<br />during the regular servicing and inspection of the streets. In areas of traffic, the bid will include
<br />all appropriate traffic control devices that conform to an approved Management of Traffic (MOT)
<br />plan. All traffic control costs shall be a part of the unit price bid and shall not be paid for
<br />separately.

<br />Kl1. This bid item is to include the supplying of all necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, fuel,
<br />and other miscellaneous necessities to move the Life Guard Stands on the beaches in the City.
<br />This bid item is intended to include both normal operating conditions and extreme weather
<br />conditions. The Bidder, in either case, the Bidder must always respond and have begun work
<br />within four hours of notification unless otherwise authorized in writing by the City.

<br />K12. This bid item is to include the supplying of all necessary materials, supplies, labor, equipment, fuel,
<br />and other miscellaneous necessities to appropriately cover over or remove, as directed by the
<br />City, any graffiti. This bid item is intended to include all work, including any needed repairs
<br />required to allow the graffiti to be addressed. All work must begin within eight hours of being
<br />notified by the City, and the work must proceed continuously and expeditiously until the job is
<br />completed. The Bidder is responsible for immediately notifying the City of any graffiti found
