Swan will be assigned as our Senior Debris Management Consultant to develop the Debris <br />Management Plan and the RFP for Debris Removal and Disposal. Mr. Swan has 39 years experience and is <br />recognized as a leader in debris management planning and experienced trainer and has been involved, at ground <br />zero, in numerous post-disaster debris management situations. He knows, through actual experience, the issues <br />and solutions to the debris management challenges experienced in a disaster scenario. <br /> <br />17. CURRENT PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION (STATE AND DISCIPLINE) <br /> <br />He has developed Debris Management Plans for Pinellas, Palm Beach, and Hillsborough Counties, FL; Mobile and <br />Baldwin Counties, AL; Wake County, NC; Fort Bend County, TX; and the cities of Houston and Garland, TX, and <br />Washington, DC. He has also prepared Scopes of Work for Debris Removal and Disposal contracts for numerous <br />counties and cities in Florida and Texas. <br /> <br />Mr. Swan has provided technical review and recommendations on numerous FEMA applicant debris eligibility issue <br />appeals and has a complete understanding of the FEMA Public Assistance Pilot Program requirements. He recently <br />updated Hillsborough County's, FL and the City of Garland's, TX Debris Management Plans to meet the FEMA Pilot <br />Program requirement. <br /> <br /> 19.
