I EMERGENCY DEBRIS DISPOSAL MANAGEMENT I I GIS/Database Utilizing our experience in previous emergency contracts our Team integrated a GIS file with the real-time database, which was maintained for the Miami-Dade program. In this way, county and city officials could click on any particular street and receive from the database the corresponding project worksheets, approved budgets, name of contractors assigned to the project, start and end dates of the activities, as well as the number of requisitions and amounts paid to date. This information was also developed with very little extra efforts since the majority of the work was being performed under the normal course of business for documentation of the damages. We propose to develop a similar system for the tracking and monitoring of debris removal for the City. This tool will allow for the review of real time information on the corridors being cleaned, the amount of debris hauled, the name of contractor and the overall progress. The information will be captured on a daily basis from the daily reports and tickets turned in by the monitors. This work effort not only provides a very efficient means of reporting progress both in numeric and graphic form, but also can serve in the future for the determination of potential damages to infrastructures knowing the work efforts applied to any given corridor. AVAILABILITY OF STAFF I Resources & Availability Our proposed core staff of experienced personnel highlighted by this proposal and shown in the Organizational Chart shown below will be immediately available to assist the City in the event of an emergency and we can guarantee response of full field teams as needed within 24-hours of a storm event. Further, our proposed Project Manager, Sara Duffoo will be available at the City's request to attend any annual or pre-event planning meetings as may be needed. I I In addition to our proposed core personnel and the numerous pool of experienced staff our team can offer, our sub-consultant Consul-Tech has established a comprehensive "Rapid Response Recruiting and Training Program" that allows our Key Disaster Recovery Personnel to effectively recruit and employ many displaced local workers to fill available monitoring positions immediately following storm events.
