<br />Engineering in 1995. He is a Professional Engineer Registered in the State of Florida.. He has over 12 years
<br />experience in the design of highway facilities. He dedicated his first three years providing Microstation, GEOPAK,
<br />CAICE, and Plans Preparation technical support to Florida, Illinois, and Mississippi Department's of Transportations.
<br />He is highly experienced, and is currently working as Senior Project Manager in (urban and rural new construction,
<br />total reconstruction and resurfacing, restoration, and rehabilitation (RRR)) projects including Roadway, Signing &
<br />Pavement Markings, Signalization, Lighting design and Intelligent Transportation System components. Mr. Sierra is
<br />also experienced in Water & Sewer Main design, Right-of-Way plans, intersection layouts, ATMS plans, Specifications,
<br />Technical Special Provisions, and Utilities Coordination & Permits. He is certified by FDOT for preparation of Advanced
<br />Traffic Control Plans. He has designed and managed several water & sewer projects for Miami-Dade Water and Sewer
<br />Department and the City of Miami Beach, including pipeline design, Technical Special Provisions, Utilities and Permits
<br />Coordination

<br />Alex Vi, P.E. - Senior Civil Engineer
<br />A Civil Engineering Graduate and a Professional Engineer Registered in the State of Florida. Mr. Vi has over eight
<br />years of professional experience in the fields of Design and Management of all types of Rural and Urban Roadway
<br />Projects. Within the seven years working for FDOT District VI, four were spent as a Professional Engineer Trainee,
<br />and two as a Project Engineer at FDOT District VI Internal Design Office. As a Project Engineer, Mr. Vi was in charge
<br />of the preparation of all components of a complete Contract Plans Set. These components included: Roadway, Signing
<br />and Pavement Marking, Signalization, and Lighting. In 2003, he was appointed to the Department's CADD Roadway
<br />Technical Advisory Committee (RTAC) representing District VI. RTAC is a perpetual statewide self-directed work team
<br />representing all roadway CADD users of computer systems and programs. Each member provides technical input to
<br />the direction of CADD and related production tools in FDOT. Mr. Vi is also certified by the FDOT for preparation of
<br />Advanced Traffic Control Plans, and is very familiar with the FDOT's ERC system, Specifications preparation and
<br />Electronic Delivery.

<br />Amelio Alfonso, P.E. - Senior Drainage Engineer
<br />Mr. Alfonso has over 19 years of experience on Design of Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer and Stormwater
<br />Management Systems. Mr. Alfonso is currently in charge of the company's Water Resources Department, leading the
<br />Design of Storm Water Management Systems, Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer. Mr. Alfonso also has experience
<br />in obtaining Environmental Permits associated with the proposed Stormwater Management Systems. Among his most
<br />relevant projects are: Sanitary Sewer Lift Station 101 (MDWASD), Water Main along N.W./N.E. 103rd Street, Miami
<br />Intermodal Center (MIC) Water and Sewer Improvements, NW 25th Street - 36-inch Force Main, NW 37th
<br />Avenue/Transit Access Road - 24-inch Force Main, Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) Drainage Master Plan, Miami
<br />International Airport Technical Assistance, SR-836 / N.W. 14th Street Drainage Pump Station, and the Bridge Hydraulic
<br />Analysis of the NW 12 Ave. bridge over the Miami River. He is currently a member of the Florida Engineering Society
<br />(FES), and the Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers (C-MCE).

<br />Eduardo Martinez, P .E. Senior Electrical Engineer
<br />Mr. Martinez, as the Electrical Department Manager, has more than 25 years of experience in the Electrical
<br />Engineering field. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1979 from the
<br />University of Havana and received his Florida Professional Electrical Engineering registration in 1997. During his
<br />professional career he has been involved in different Lift Station electrical design projects such as; North Beacon Lift
<br />Station with the design of two 60hp pumps for the City of Medley; as well as Lift Stations for Miami-Dade County, City
<br />of Miami, etc. His experience range in the Electrical/Lighting Design of Roadway, Lift Station Facilities, Commercial,
<br />Industrial, Health Care, Shopping Centers, Condominiums, etc. As part of his experience Mr. Martinez has worked as
<br />Designer of Record in projects such as: total New lighting for the SR-826/SR-836 Interchange, and the design of the
<br />Intelligent Traffic System for SR-112 Toll Plaza. Mr. Martinez is a member of the "National Fire Protection Association".
<br />Mr. Martinez has vast experience in the selection, specification and testing of engine-generators. This included the
<br />engine, main fuel and day tanks, fuel transfer system, mufflers, electric generators, automatic transfer switch
<br />operations, electrical load tests and emergency shut down operations.
